BEACH TRANSPORTATION
JOLLEY TROLLEY
.50 one way from downtown (old Maas Brothers), Clearwater Beach and Sand Key.
You can trolley the beach, end to end, or check out the Downtown stores for
only fifty cents. Fact is, you can stay on the trolley all day for the same .50
as long as you don't get off.

There is an annual 50's Picnic that has
grown over the years and invitations now
go out to about 200 people all who grew
up in theLargo area during the 50's and
60's.
Ironically, this years picnic will be the
same day as the LHS '61 40th Reunion!!
So, for those coming to the reunion this
would be a great opportunity to see folks
you probably haven't seen in years!!

PICNIC
Sand Key National Park 1060 Gulf Blvd, Sand Key FL is a 90-acre county park
features a 1/2 mile of white-sand beach that has been rated among the top 20 beaches
in the United States. The park offers two bathhouses, picnic shelters, lifeguard
stations and ample parking. The park is open every day from 7 a.m. to sunset.
Lifeguards are on duty from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Picnic will be Noon till Sunset Sunday November 11th. Shelter has been reserved for
50 for LHS '61. Currently food arrangements will need be worked out! Pizza anyone?
Parking meters enforced $1.25 on Sunday however the Jolley Trolley will drop you off
at Sand Key Park if you ask them to.

ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW
For those who like to attend these (I do!) Christmas Under The Oaks, an annual craft show with unusual and beautiful things, specifically with a Christmas motiff, is being held Sat. and Sun., November 10-11 at Coachman Park, 199 Drew Street. This is the first year it's been held 2 days, that's how popular it is!
